Terms of Service

By requesting a commission from me, you agree to the terms of service listed below.･ Payment should be done via PayPal invoice and in USD only. I accept either full payment before I start sketching or two split payments, done before and after the commission is finished.･ I will try to give you an accurate estimate of the time it will take me to complete your commission, but please be patient and respectful and try not to rush my work, as I work on a first come first served basis. In case you are working with a deadline, please let me know beforehand!･ I have the right to reject any commission requests without providing a reason.･ After the sketch, I will send between two and three previews for evaluation, depending on the complexity of the piece.･ If you feel the need to cancel the commission at any point, please keep in mind that I will only refund half of the payment.･ If I am unable to complete the commission, I will inform you and send a full refund.･ My commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use of my artwork comes with a commercialization fee.･ I have the right to share commissioned artwork in social media/my website to promote my services. If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know.･ You are allowed to share commissioned artwork on social media platforms as long as you give proper credit to me as the artist.･ My art may not be used for retail, AI, or as NFTs by commissioners or anyone else.

･ Turn around time varies from 3 weeks to two months, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.
･ Complex backgrounds will cost an extra USD $10.

･ Adding an extra character will cost +50% of the original price.
･ I won't draw: complex mechanic designs, NSFW, or artwork meant to spread hateful or offensive messages.
